2025 Ramadan Return and Exchanges
During the Ramadan season, returns and exchanges are temporarily halted while we deal with the increased demand. Not to worry, our return window has been increased, meaning that after Eid, you have 15 days to return your product; all you have to do is send us an email after Eid, to info@burdaclothing.com, and we will begin processing your return.
Regarding exchanges, we will most likely not be able to process your exchange in time for Eid. If you want your product in time for Eid, the best course of action is to place another order on our website for your correct size as soon as possible, and then after eid, send us an email at info@burdaclothing.com. Your shipping cost for the first order will be reimbursed.
